WHAT ARE THE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BUSINESS PARTNER?

- Conduct regular, standing meetings with customer executives and internal business partners.
- Support efforts related to recruiting, employee development, and training.
- Develop, revise, and update policies and procedures as necessary.
- Prepare and submit intake forms for new small business contacts.
- Support and advise internal stakeholders on policies, agreements, and processes.
- Work independently with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs collaboratively.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned business unit(s), their goals, and critical milestones.
- Render judgments and make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives.
- Recommend recovery strategies and options and assist with implementing recovery solutions.
- Work with leaders to embed team structures, role clarity, goal alignment, and other measures.
- Partner with leaders to develop people strategies to further their business objectives.
- Oversees annual and significant gift activities to support strategic plans.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer relationship management.
- Identify efforts that will have the most significant strategic impact.
